熊穩(wěn),男,20046月畢業(yè)于重慶大學(xué)數(shù)理學(xué)院,20106月博士畢業(yè)于中科院半導(dǎo)體所超晶格國家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室。20169-20172月在中科院半導(dǎo)體所做訪問學(xué)者,20192-20202月在新加坡南洋理工大學(xué)做Research Fellow,現(xiàn)在主要從事半導(dǎo)體材料的計(jì)算研究。

半導(dǎo)體物理,材料物理,有效質(zhì)量理論(Effective-mass theory)和第一性原理密度泛函理論(Density functional theory),同時(shí)還從事新型二維半導(dǎo)體材料及其異質(zhì)結(jié)的光電性質(zhì)研究。
